- Device and usage data (via Google Analytics)
- Authentication data when signing in (via Apple or Google)
- Community Profile data: Your Display Name and any Profile Picture you upload.
- Fonts and layout data from Google Fonts.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To analyze performance and usage via Google Analytics.
- To authenticate users using Apple or Google sign-in.
- To display your community profile and profile picture within the app.
- To enable real-time communication between riders during Voice Sessions.
- To display our branding using Google Fonts.
3. Payments and Commerce (Shopify)
All purchases, payment transactions, and customer shipping addresses are securely handled exclusively by Shopify. ADRENALINE does not have access to, nor do we store, your credit card information or physical address on our infrastructure.

4. Third-Party Services
- Google Fonts: Fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which may collect IP addresses.
- Google Analytics: Used to understand user behavior. Data is anonymized.
- Firebase (Google Cloud): Used for backend infrastructure, authentication, and image storage.
- LiveKit: Our Voice Sessions use LiveKit hosted on our own servers. Voice data is transient, encrypted, and never recorded or stored.
5. Sign In with Apple and Google
Our app uses third-party authentication services for secure login:
- Sign in with Apple: May provide your name and verified email (or a private relay email).
- Sign in with Google: May provide your name, email address, and profile picture.
6. GDPR & nFADP Rights
If you are located in the EU or Switzerland, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. To exercise these rights regarding your profile or account, contact us at the email below.
7. International Transfers
Data processed by third parties (Shopify, Firebase) may be stored outside Switzerland. We ensure all processors comply with appropriate data protection safeguards.
8. Data Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access or disclosure. By utilizing secure third-party infrastructure (Shopify and Google Cloud), we ensure your most sensitive information remains isolated and protected.
9. Data Retention
We retain your profile data only as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time within the app or by contacting us at the address below.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. The effective date will be updated accordingly.
