Welcome to ADRENALINE. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and mobile application. By creating an account, browsing, making a purchase, or utilizing our communication features, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Operator Information

ADRENALINE is operated by an individual based in Zurich, Switzerland. For inquiries, please contact ops@adrenaline.clothing.

2. Use of the Service

You may use the ADRENALINE app and website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer the application, or use the platform for any illegal activities.

3. User Accounts & Profile Content

To access our mobile application, you must create an account. You are responsible for all activity under your credentials.

  • Display Names: You may choose a unique display name. Names that are offensive, impersonate others, or infringe on trademarks are prohibited.
  • Profile Pictures: You may upload images for use as profile pictures. You must own the rights to any images you upload.
  • Moderation: ADRENALINE reserves the right to remove any content or accounts that violate these standards without prior notice.

4. Voice Sessions & Rider Conduct

ADRENALINE provides real-time, low-latency voice communication for riders ("Voice Sessions").

SAFETY WARNING: Operating a motorcycle requires your full attention. You agree to use Voice Sessions only when it is safe and legal to do so. ADRENALINE is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or legal violations resulting from distracted riding or equipment use.
  • Conduct: Harassment, hate speech, or illegal coordination within Voice Sessions is strictly prohibited.
  • Privacy: Voice data is transient. We do not record or store your audio conversations.

5. Products & Payments

All merchandise transactions are processed via Shopify. By placing an order, you agree to Shopify’s Terms of Service. All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout.

6. Sales and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in cases of manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery. Statutory rights for consumers in the EU/CH remain unaffected where mandatory.

7. Third-Party Infrastructure

We utilize industry-leading providers to ensure a high-performance experience:

  • Shopify: E-commerce, payments, and order fulfillment.
  • Firebase (Google): Authentication, database management, and image hosting.
  • LiveKit: Real-time voice protocols. Audio data is routed via self-hosted hardware and is never transmitted to third-party audio providers.

8. Intellectual Property

The ADRENALINE name, logo, designs, and all app source code are the exclusive property of ADRENALINE. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, ADRENALINE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including physical injury or motorcycle damage) resulting from the use of our products or digital services.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these Terms is Zurich, Switzerland.

11. Language

These Terms may be provided in multiple languages for convenience. However, the German version is the original and legally binding version in Switzerland. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English translation and the German text, the German version shall prevail.
